Spenden und Dua (Bittgebete) sind nicht die Lösungen für unsere Probleme, denn es gibt kein einziges Land, das soviel Spenden und Bittgebete erhalten hat wie Palästina und dennoch ändert sich die Lage nicht. Die Muslime bauen mit den Spendengeldern Krankenhäuser, Schulen usw. und Israel kommt und bombt es wieder weg. Dies läuft schon über 60 Jahre so, weil in Palästina kein militärischer Schutz besteht und deshalb ist Spenden keine Lösung. Nur Bittgebete reichen nicht aus, weil Allah (swt) von uns die besten Taten erwartet damit er unsere Bittgebete erfüllt. Dies bedeutet aber nicht, dass wir nicht Spenden oder Bittgebete nicht mehr machen sollen, aber es bedeutet, dass wir uns für das Kalifat arbeiten müssen, denn durch das Kalifat wird den Muslimen in Palästina militärischer Schutz gewährleistet. Das Problem vom Gazastreifen wird nur durch das Kalifat gelöst ! ! Mein Vater hat sie mit einem Mann verheiratet und das ohne ihre Zustimmung oder ihrer Erlaubnis. Sie ist einundzwanzig Jahre alt. Bei der Eheschließung haben dann die (Braut-) Zeugen ein falsches Zeugnis (Zūr) abgelegt und versichert, dass sie dieser Heirat zugestimmt habe. Danach hat ihre Mutter für sie die Eheschließung unterzeichnet. Seitdem ist sie nun verheiratet, obwohl sie diesen Mann immer noch vehement ablehnt! Wie sieht das islamische Urteil bezüglich dieser Eheschließung aus und auch bezüglich dieser Zeugen? Antwort: Es ist weder dem Vater noch jemand anders erlaubt, eine Frau zur Heirat mit einem Mann zu zwingen, den sie nicht möchte, auch wenn dieser (in Ihren Augen) der Geeignete wäre! Denn der Prophet, möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken, hat gesagt: „Eine Frau, die keine Jungfrau mehr ist, darf nicht ohne ihren Befehl verheiratet werden, und eine Jungfrau soll ohne ihr Einverständnis nicht verheiratet werden." Dies ist allgemeingültig. Hier wurde auch keine Ausnahme für irgendeinen Vormund (Wali) gemacht. Im Gegenteil, in „ŞaĥīĥMuşlim" ist sogar verzeichnet, dass bei einer Jungfrau ihr Vater sie nach ihr Einverständnis fragen muss. Hier werden also sowohl die Jungfrau als auch ihr Vater explizit erwähnt. Dieser (Ĥadīth-) Text lässt deshalb keinen Raum mehr für Missverständnisse. Es ist für jeden verpflichtend, sich daran zu halten. Somit ist es für einen Mann verboten (ĥarām), seine Tochter zu zwingen, einen Mann, den sie nicht heiraten möchte, zu heiraten! Das, was verboten (ĥarām) ist, darf auch dann weder bestätigt noch umgesetzt werden, da solch eine Umsetzung bzw. Bestätigung gegen ein Verbot verstößt, das überliefert wurde. Wir dürfen uns an den Dingen, die die Scharī'ah verboten hat, weder beteiligen noch es selbst tun. Wenn wir solch einer Eheschließung zustimmen, bedeutet das, dass wir uns beim Brechen dieses strikten Verbots beteiligt haben und es zugelassen haben, dass solche Eheschließungen denen gleichgestellt werden, die in der Scharī'ah erlaubt sind. Das darf nicht sein! Deshalb ist die Zwangsverheiratung deiner Schwester durch deinen Vater ungültig und somit auch die Eheschließung. Hier muss sich das Gericht einschalten und es nochmal prüfen. Was jedoch das falsche Bezeugens (Schahādat az-Zūr) anbetrifft, so gehört dies zu den größten aller großen Sünden (al-Kabā`ir), so wie es über den Propheten, möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken, überliefert wurde. Er, möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken, sagte: „Soll ich euch nicht über die größten aller großen Sünden unterrichten?" Sie sagten: „Natürlich, oh Gesandter Allahs!" Er sagte: „Allah etwas beizugesellen, Ungehorsam gegenüber den Eltern – dann richtete er sich auf, nachdem er angelehnt war – und das falsche Zeugnis, das falsche Zeugnis, das falsche Zeugnis …" Er wiederholte es immer wieder, bis sie sagten: „Hätte er doch nur geschwiegen." Diese Zeugen, die dieses falsche Zeugnis abgelegt haben, müssen Allah aufrichtig um Vergebung bitten und die Wahrheit sprechen! Sie müssen dem Richter eingestehen, dass sie ein falsches Zeugnis abgelegt haben und dass sie dieses auch wieder zurücknehmen wollen. Auch ihre Mutter, die für ihre Tochter rechtswidrig unterzeichnet hat, hat gesündigt und muss bei Allah aufrichtig um Vergebung bitten und solch eine Tat nie wieder begehen.
