    غزوہ بنو مصطلق سے واپسی پر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مدینہ کے قریب بڑاؤ ڈالا اور پھر رات ہی میں وہاں سے چلنے کا حکم دے دیا،اس سفر میں حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ تھیں وہ قضائے حاجت کے لئے نکلیں اور ان کا ہار وہاں غم ہو گیا جسے تلاش کرنے وہ مصروف ہو گئیں۔ان کا ہودج جس میں وہ تشریف فرما ہوتیں تھیں اٹھا کر یہ سمجھتے ہوئے اونٹ پر رکھ دیا گیا کہ آپ رضی اللہ عنہا اس میں موجو د ہیں،قافلہ وہاں سے کوچ کر گیا،لہٰذا آپ رضی اللہ عنہا جب واپس آئیں تو دیکھا قافلہ وہاں سے رخصت ہو چکا

    Es wurde berichtet, dass der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) sagte: „Es gibt zwei Arten der Bewohner der Hölle, die ich noch nicht gesehen habe: Männer mit Peitschen wie die Schwänze von Rindern, mit denen sie die Menschen schlagen, und Frauen, die bekleidet und doch nackt sind, mit einem verführerischen Gang laufen und mit etwas auf ihrem Kopf, das aussieht wie der Höcker von Kamelen, sich auf eine Seite neigend. Sie werden niemals das Paradies betreten oder auch nur dessen Duft riechen, obwohl sein Geruch aus Der-und-Der Entfernung wahrgenommen werden kann." (Ahmad; Muslim in al-Sahih)

    Was ist die Erläuterung hierzu?

    Antwort:
    „Männer mit Peitschen wie die Schwänze von Rindern"

    Al-Nawawi sagte: „Hinsichtlich derjenigen, die Peitschen haben, sie sind jene, die für die Polizei arbeiten." (Scharh al-Nawawi `ala Sahih Muslim, 17/191)

    Al-Sakhawi sagte: „Sie sind jetzt die Helfer der Unterdrücker und gewöhnlich bezieht es sich auf die übelste Gruppe um den Herrscher. Es kann auch auf ungerechte Herrscher zutreffen." (al-Ischa`ah li Aschrati-l-Sa`ah, S. 119)

    In einem bei Imam Ahmad verzeichneten Bericht, heißt es: „Am Ende der Zeit werden Männer dieser Ummah erscheinen, deren Peitschen wie die Schwänze von Rindern sein werden. Sie werden am Morgen mit der Wut Allahs hinausziehen und am Abend mit Seinem Zorn zurückkehren." (al-Musnad, 5/315; von al-Hakim in al-Mustadrak, 4/483, und von ibn Hajar in al-Qaul al-Musaddad fi-l-Dhabb `an al-Musnad, S. 53-54, als sahih eingestuft)

    „Frauen, die bekleidet und doch nackt sind, mit einem verführerischen Gang laufen und mit etwas auf ihrem Kopf, das aussieht wie der Höcker von Kamelen, sich auf eine Seite neigend."

    Al-Nawawi sagte über die Bedeutung dieses Abschnitts: „Al-Kāsiyāt al-`Āriyāt (hier übersetzt als „bekleidet und doch nackt") bedeutet, dass sie Teile ihres Körpers entblößen, um ihre Schönheit zu präsentieren, daher sind sie zwar bekleidet, aber doch nackt. Und es wurde gesagt, dass sie dünne Kleidung tragen werden, welche zeigt, was darunter ist, und somit sind sie zwar bekleidet, aber dennoch praktisch nackt.
    Hinsichtlich des Ausdrucks „Mā`ilāt mumīlāt" (hier übersetzt als „mit einem verführerischen Gang laufen") wurde gesagt, dass er bedeutet: vom Gehorsam Allah gegenüber abweichend und von dem Befehl, ihre Keuschheit zu hüten etc.

    „Mumīlāt" bedeutet, dass sie anderen beibringen, das zu tun, was sie tun. Weiterhin heißt es, dass „Mā`ilāt" bedeutet, dass sie mit einem aufreizenden Gang laufen, und „mumīlāt" bedeutet, dass sie ihre Schultern bewegen. Und es wurde gesagt, dass es bedeutet, dass sie versuchen, die Männer zu verführen, indem sie ihren Schmuck zeigen.

    Hinsichtlich des Ausdrucks „Ru'ūsahunna ka asnimati-l-Bukht" (hier übersetzt als „mit etwas auf ihrem Kopf, das aussieht wie der Höcker von Kamelen") so kann dies bedeuten, dass sie ihre Köpfe größer aussehen lassen durch Tücher und Turbane, welche um den Kopf gewickelt werden, sodass sie aussehen wie die Höcker von Kamelen. Das ist die wohlbekannte Interpretation.

    Al-Maziri sagte: „Es kann sein, dass damit gemeint ist, dass sie ihre Blicke in der Anwesenheit von Männern nicht senken, sondern sie direkt ansehen." (Scharh al-Nawawi `ala Sahih Muslim, 17/191)

    Scheikh ibn `Uthaymin sagte: „Der Ausdruck `bekleidet doch nackt` wurde dahingehend interpretiert, dass er bedeutet, dass sie kurze Kleidung tragen, welche die `Aurah nicht bedeckt, welche bedeckt sein muss.
    Und es wurde so interpretiert, dass sie leichte, dünne Kleidung tragen, die andere nicht davon abhält, die Haut der Frau darunter zu sehen. Weiterhin wurde es so interpretiert, dass sie enge Kleidung tragen, die zwar die Haut vor Blicken schützt, doch immer noch die Reize der Frau offenbart." (Fataawa al-Scheikh Muhammad ibn `Uthaymin, 2/825)
