    تستمر الاشتباكات منذ يومين بين المجاهدينمن الدولة الاسلامية وقوات النظام داخل وعلى
    أطراف الفرقة 17 شمالي مدينة الرقة حيث بدأت الاشتباكات بالأسلحة الخفيفة والمتوسطة
    بعدها قام المجاهدون في الدولة الاسلامية بدك الفرقة17 بمدافع 57 ومدفع جهنم وقذائف
    الهاون بعيارات متعددة مع تحقيق اصابات مباشرة داخل الفرقة وكما أفادنا بعض المجاهدون
    على الفرقة أنهم تمكنوا من أسر عنصرين من عناصر النظام حيث تتركز الاشتباكات بين
    المجاهدين في الدولة وقوات النظام بالقرب من معمل السكر والأقطان في الجهة الشمالية

    قامت قوات النظام باستهداف مدينة الرقة بصاروخ أرض أرض سقط في منطقة حزيجة السوافي
    شمال مدينة الرقة واقتصرت الخسائر على اصبة رجل وامرأة بجروح طفيفة بعد سقوط الصاروخ
    في أرض زراعية وخالية من السكان في منطقة حويجة.
    كما وقام الطيران الحربي والمروحي التابع لقوات النظام بالتحليق الكثيف في سماء
    مديتة الرقة.
    بعدها قام طيران النظام الحربي بشن غارة جوية على حي المشلب في الجهة الشمالية
    من الرقة دون وقوع إصابات.

    مأسات كبيرة يعيشها أهالي محافظة الرقة وحتى النازحين إليها من المحافظات الأخرى
    حيث أنّ المساعدات الإنسانية التي كانت تصل من الخارج والتي كانت لا تكفي إلى النصف
    من المحتاجين والنازحين في الرقة والآن يصل منها أقل من النصف بعد أن قامت كثير من
    المنظمات والجمعيات الإغاثية بوقف إرسال المساعدات إلى الرقة بحجة سيطرة الإسلاميين لها
    بالإضافة إلى إغلاق البوابة الرئيسية للرقة في مدينة تل أبيض في الريف الشمالي للمحافظة
    والتي هي البوابة الحدودية الوحيدة لها,فالآن نقص كبير بالمواد الغذائية والطبية وحليب
    الأطفال,بالإضافة إلى ارتفاع
