    Es ist für eine Frau harâm, den Namen ihres Ehemannes anzunehmen!

    Quran sura Al-Ahzab, Vers 5
    Nennt sie nach ihren Vätern; das ist gerechter vor Allah.

    Viele Schwestern in unserer Gemeinde haben die Namen ihrer Ehemänner angenommen, ohne zu begreifen, dass sie die Namen ihrer Väter hätten behalten müssen. Sollten sie ihren Namen in den Namen des Vaters zurück ändern, oder ist es erlaubt, den Namen des Ehemannes zu behalten? Außerdem, wenn eine Person außerehelich geboren ist, sollte sie den Nachnamen ihres Vaters oder den Nachnamen ihrer Mutter tragen? Was sind die Beweise dafür? Jazâk Allâh Khair.

    Alles Lob gebührt Allâh.
    Es ist niemandem erlaubt, zu behaupten, zu irgendjemand anderem zu gehören als zu seinem Vater. Die Kuffâr zu imitieren, indem man der Frau den Nachnamen abnimmt und ihr den Namen des Ehemannes gibt, ist harâm; außerdem ist es eine Form der Lüge und eine Erniedrigung der Frau. Wer auch immer dies getan hat, muss vor Allâh bereuen und es richtig stellen, indem er zum Namen seines Vaters zurückkehrt. Hinsichtlich eines Kindes, das außerehelich geboren ist, so sollte ihm der Name seiner Mutter gegeben werden und es darf ihm nicht der Name des Ehebrechers gegeben werden.
