    ‫اجتماع وزراء الخارجية العرب في الجامعة العربية 9\3\2014 كلمة رئيس الائتلاف الوطني لقوى الثورة والمعارضة أحمد الجربا الدّم السوري عود على بدء... معالي الوزراء السادة الحضور... لم تعد الخطب التي نلقيها قادرة على التعبير عن جزء من المجازر اليومية التي يعانيها شعبنا , ولا عادت بيانات الشجب والتنديد من جانبكم الكريم كافية لترفع شيئا من مأساة متناسلة يقودها جزار العصر,مستعينا بمرتزقته مدعوماً بقرار مشغليه الإقليميين والدوليين وأعتى أسلحتهم. السادة الوزراء : علينا ان ننتقل من وصف الحال الى عرض المطلوب . سوريا تتعرض لمجزرة متواصلة وغزو فاضح، والصمت صار عارا, لكن الكلام لم يعد يكفي ولا يشفي. السادة الوزراء : دخلنا جنيف ٢ متجاوزين عقبات لا تحصى . لكننا خضنا غمار التفاوض مدعومين بضمانات دولية وغطاء عربي , ومستندين الى شعبنا المظلوم الصامد . وكلكم شاهدتم ومعظمكم لمس ما قام به نظام الاسد من ممارسات على الارض وخلال التفاوض , أسهمت في الإجهاز على اي امكانية لإنجاح جنيف ٢. أيها السادة : قبلنا التفاوض والبراميل الحارقة تمطرنا , وإعداد الشهداء كانت تزداد بشكل مرعب , وتسابقها أعداد المرتزقة التي تضاعف شحنها الى ارضنا خلال جنيف ٢ , في سابقة يمكن ان تُحفر في سجل العار للأسد ولحزب الله والحرس الثوري الإيراني ومرتزقة العراق في آن معا. على ضفاف جنيف ٢ التي خضنا فيها أعنف حرب إعلامية سياسية في مواجهة نظام ساقط ,,, كانت آلة الحرب الحزباللهية الاسدية توغل في دم أهالي القلمون , وتدك يبرود من الجهات الأربع . وما زالت حتى اللحظة نعم تدكّها ... في واحدة من اوقح عمليات الغزو الطائفي المسكون بأمراض التاريخ والمسموم بأدران حقد ملالي الإرهاب , وانطلقوا يعيثون فسادا وتخريبا بأمن العالم العربي والعالم أجمع. . انه ارهاب دولة الفقيه وحرسه في إيران مقرونا بإرهاب مرتزقة حزبه في لبنان . الى متى يا سادة سنظل نكتفي بالكلام المدبج , ونختبئ خلف جدران اللوم والشكوى . لم يعد من متسع في قلب عالمنا العربي لمزيد من السهام فقد تكسرت النصال على النصال وكان ثمة من يقول سابقا... اليوم لبنان وغدا غيره، فلم يكن أحد يصدق , ولكن الامر اليوم صار في لبنان وسوريا والعراق وكل ديار العرب فمن يشكك في ذلك ؟ إننا نتوجه إليكم اليوم لنجدد دعوتنا بضرورة وضع هذه المنظمات , ومعها حزب الله بكل فروعه ,والمنظمات العراقية الفاشية مثل ابو الفضل العباس وتنظيم الدولة الاسلامية في العراق و الشام (داعش) وما شاكلها , في لائحة الارهاب العربية ,ورفعها الى العالم . وإعلان هذه الجماعات ككيانات غازية لدولة عربية عضو في الجامعة العربية , والتعاطي معها على هذا الاساس . كما نجدد دعوتنا للجميع من دون استثناء , بضرورة دعمنا او الطلب الى المجتمع الدولي , الإسراع بدعمنا بالسلاح النوعي الذي وعدنا به , وان يزداد الدعم بكل ما تيسر . السادة الوزراء : لا يمكن ان نفهم أو ان يتفهم الشارع العربي اي تردد بهذا الموضوع . فلو تمت معالجة هذه الآفة في مهدها اللبناني , لما تفشت بين ظهرانينا . وإذا لم نثبت بأسنا لن نأمن شرهم . وقد جربها الشعب السوري قبل الجميع فتحنا لهم بيتنا الكبير وبيوتنا في عدوان تموز الغاشم , فاستباحوا هذه البيوت وحرماتها يوم آتاهم التكليف الالهي بدعم الاسد ضد شعب عربي اعزل. أيها السادة كوانا الجمر واليوم قرار وأمر ... لم يعد بعد انتكاسة جنيف ٢ والغزو الحاقد ليبرود وما قبلها , اي مساحة للغة الدبلوماسية او الحلول السياسية . لقد ردوا على كل هذا المناخ الإيجابي من جانبنا , برسالة واضحة برفض الحل السياسي أساسها اطلاق قذائف االدبابات والقاء براميل الطائرات فوق رؤوس المدنيين العزل . والرد على الرسالة يكون من صنفها او بما يوازيها او لن يكون ولن نكون , ولن تقوم للعمل العربي المشترك قائمة. انهم قوم لا يفهمون الا بالقوة . ولا يرتدعون الا بالقوة .ولم يتعاطوا معنا يوما الا بالقوة . فلنرهم بأسنا او عزمنا وهذا أضعف الإيمان. أيها السادة اعرف ان بينكم من يساند الحزب الحاكم في حكومة نظام الارهاب الإقليمي وأدواته. واعرف ان بينكم من في فمه ماء ولا يريد ان يصير دما .. طلبي إليكم ان تأخذ الغالبية قرارها , وان يعتصم صاحب الماء بصمته ويحكّم من ينتصر للقاتل ضميره , لنخرج بقرار عربي غالب وليس بالضرورة جامع , لردع العدوان عنا جميعا انطلاقا من سوريا . وان لم نفعل الآن فغدا سيكون الى جانب سوريا دول من المحيط الى الخليج في عنق الزجاجة، بفعل سرطانهم... اخيرا لن يفوتني ان اشكر الدول والشعوب التي تستضيف اللاجئين السوريين وتلك التي تدعم سد احتياجاتهم , متمنيا زيادة الدعم والإسراع به . ولكنني أذكركم وأنبه العالم الى ان ملاحقة شرار النار يزيد لهيبها كما الأفعى ان لم تقطع رأسها تزداد سما.‬

    Wenn man an sehr vielen Einflüsterungen (Waswas) während des
    Gebetes leidet, ist das Gebet noch gültig oder muss man es wiederholen?

    Ibn al-Qayyim, möge Allah barmherzig mit ihm sein, sagte:

    „Es wurde gesagt: was sagt du über das Gebet einer Person, die dabei kein Khuschu hat? Muss sie das Gebet wiederholen?

    Bezüglich dessen, ob es als Lohn angerechnet wird, so wird es nicht angerechnet, außer (jene Teile), wo man konzentriert ist und die richtige Haltung an Khuschu gegenüber dem Herrn hat.

    Ibn Abbas sagte:
    ‚Ihr werdet nichts von eurem Gebet erlangen, außer die Teile,
    in denen ihr konzentriert wart.'

    Im Musnad wird überliefert, dass der Prophet (ass) sagte:
    „Eine Person bringt ein Gebet dar und nichts wird davon angerechnet, außer die Hälfte (vom Gebet), oder ein Viertel...oder ein Zehntel."

    Allah (t) hat den Erfolg in Bezug auf das Gebet des Gottesdieners vom Khuschu abhängig gemacht, und er hat darauf hingewiesen, dass derjenige, der kein Khuschu vorweist, nicht unter den Erfolgreichen sein wird, aber wenn es als Lohn angerechnet wird, so wird er einer von den Erfolgreichen sein. Bezüglich der
    Angelegenheit, ob es im Sinne von weltlichen Regelungen angerechnet wird und ihn von der Wiederholung des Gebetes befreit, so ist es gemäß der Übereinstimmung der Gelehrten in Ordnung, wenn er in den meisten Teilen des Gebetes richtig Khuschu hatte. Die Sunna Gebete und die Adhkar, die man nach
    dem Gebet liest, füllen den Mangel der Pflichtgebete.

    Im Fall dessen, dass man über die meisten Teile des Gebetes kein Khuschu oder Konzentration aufgewiesen hat, gibt es Meinungsverschiedenheiten unter den Fuqaha (Rechtsgelehrte). Ibn Hamid, einer der Gefährten von Ahmad, sah die Wiederholung des Gebetes als Pflicht an. Ebenso gibt es unter den Fuqaha
    Differenzen in Bezug auf Khuschu im Gebet. Hierzu sind zwei Positionen der Gelehrten vorzufinden. Man kann sie beim Hanbali Madhhab und anderen finden.

    Diese Meinungen unterscheiden sich darin, ob es Pflicht ist, das Gebet zu wiederholen, wenn man in ihnen auf sehr viel Waswas (Einflüsterungen) gestoßen ist. Ibn Hamid sagte, dass es Pflicht ist, aber die Mehrheit der Fuqaha teilen nicht diese Meinung.

    Sie nehmen jene Tatsache als Beweis, dass der Prophet (ass) denen, die das Gebet durcheinandergebracht haben, Sadschda al-Sahw (zwei Niederwerfungen des Vergessens) befahl; er sagte nicht, dass man das Gebet wiederholen muss, obwohl er erzählte: „Der Schaitan kommt zu einem von euch, wenn ihr betet, und er sagt:
    ‚Erinnere dich an das und das, erinnere dich an das und das.' Über
    etwas, was er vergessen hatte, bis er ihn in dem Ausmaß irreführt, dass er nicht mehr weiß, wie viel er gebetet hat."

    Es gibt keinen Disput bezüglich der Tatsache, dass es für das Gebet keinen Lohn gibt, außer für jene Teile, in denen man ein Gegenwärtigkeit des Verstandes aufgewiesen hat, da der Prophet (ass) sagte:
    „„Eine Person bringt ein Gebet dar und nichts wird davon angerechnet, außer die Hälfte (vom Gebet), oder ein
    Viertel...oder ein Zehntel."

    Ibn Abbas sagte:
    „Ihr werdet nichts von eurem Gebet erlangen, außer die Teile, in denen ihr konzentriert wart." Somit ist das Gebet nicht korrekt, wenn man es aus der Perspektive betrachtet, dieses in Perfektion zu leisten, aber man kann es als gültig betrachten, in dem Sinne, dass uns nicht befohlen wurde, das Gebet zu wiederholen.
    (Madaridsch al-Salikin, 1/112).

    Es wurde in al-Sahih überliefert, dass der Prophet (ass) sagte: „Wenn der Mu'aththin den Adhan aufsagt, rennt der Schaitan blähend weg, damit er den Adhan nicht hört. Nach Beendigung des Adhan kehrt er wieder zurück. Wenn das Gebet beginnt, rennt er weg, aber nachdem es in Gange ist, kommt er wieder zurück, bis er zwischen dem Mann und seinem Geist tritt und sagt: ‚Erinnere dich an das und das, erinnere dich an das und das.' (Dinge), die er vergessen hatte, bis er nicht mehr weiß, wie viel er gebetet hat. Falls einer von euch dies so erfährt, soll er zwei Niederwerfungen des Vergessens machen (Sadschda al- Sahw), während er sitzt."

    Sie sagten (die Fuqaha, d.Ü.): Der Prophet (ass) befahl ihm mit Bezug auf das Gebet, in dem der Schaitan ihn vergessen ließ, wie viel er gebetet hatte, die zwei Niederwerfungen zu vollziehen. Er befahl nicht, das Gebet zu wiederholen. Falls das Gebet ungültig gewesen wäre, so wie sie es behaupten, so hätte er ihn dazu
    angewiesen, das Gebet zu wiederholen.

    Sie sagten: Dies ist der Grund für die zwei Niederwerfungen – um den Schaitan für seine einflüsternden Gedanken zu verärgern, die er einer Person eingibt und sich zwischen ihr und ihrem Geist während des Gebetes stellt. Daher werden diese beiden Niederwerfungen auch al-Murghimatain (die zwei Verärgernden)
    genannt.
    (Madaridsch al-Salikin, 1/528-530).

    Wenn man sagt, das Gebet muss wiederholt werden, um den Nutzen und die Belohnung zu erlangen, so liegt dies im Bereich des Einzelnen. Falls er diesen Nutzen erreichen will, so kann er dies tun, und wenn er dies weglassen will, so kann er dies dementsprechend tun.
