(El-A'raf, 204). Ky ajet është dëshmi e mjaftueshme se është detyrim i njeriut që të mos lexojë asgjë pas imamit kur ky lexon me zë. Kurse sa i përket leximit pas imamit kur ai lexon në vete, as kjo nuk është e detyrueshme dhe në këtë na udhëzojnë hadithet e shumta: Nga Ata` ibn Jesari transmetohet se ky e ka pyetur Zejd ibn Thabitin për leximin pas imamit, i cili ka thënë: "Nuk ka lexim, pas imamit në asgjë." [1] Nga Vehb ibn Kejsaniu transmetohet se ka thënë: "E kam dëgjuar Xhabir ibn Abdullahun, duke thënë: "Kush e fal një rek'at, kurse nuk e lexon Fatihën, nuk ka falur (namaz të plotë), përveç nëse ka qenë pas imamit." [2] Hatabi shënon nga Abdullah ibn Shedadi se Pejgamberi a.s. ka thënë: "Kush falet pas imamit, leximi i imamit është leximi i tij." [3] Tahaviu shënon nga Ibn Omeri: "Nëse dikush nga ju fal pas imamit atij i mjafton leximi i imamit." [4] Transmetohet se Ebu Musa El-Esh'ariu ka thënë: "Pejgamberi i Allahut na ka mësuar me një rast dhe ka thënë: "Kur të ngeheni të falni, dikush nga ju le të bëhet imam dhe kur ai të lexojë në namaz ju heshtni." [5] Nga Ebu Hurejreh transmetohet se Pejgamberi a.s. ka thënë: "Imami është vendosur të faleni pas tij dhe kur ai të thirr tekbir dhe ju thirrni tekbir, kur ai të lexojë, ju heshtni, kurse kur thotë: "Semi'All-llahu li men hamideh.", ju thuani: "All-llahumme Rabbena ve lekel hamd." [6] Umran ibn Husajni thotë: "Pejgamberi ka falur drekën dhe dikush pas tij ka lexuar Sebbihisme rabbik'el-a'la dhe ai u kthye dhe pyeti: "Kush nga ju lexoi?" Njeriu përkatës u përgjigj: "Unë kam lexuar o Pejgamberi i Allahut." Pejgamberi i Allahut atëherë i tha atij: "Kam menduar se dikush nga ju me këtë po dëshiron të ma tërheq vëmendjen."[7] Ubejdullah ibn Muksimi transmeton se e ka pyetur Ibn Umerin, Zejd ibn Thabitin dhe Xhabir ibn Abdullahun për leximin pas imamit, kurse këta i kanë thënë: "Asgjë nuk lexohet kur falja është me imam në cilindo namaz." [8] Nga Ebu Xhemri transmetohet se e ka pyetur Ibn Abbasin: "A të lexoj deri sa falem pas imamit?" Ai iu përgjigj: "Mos lexo!" [9] Imam Muhammedi thotë: "Nuk ka lexim të Kur'anit pas imamit aty ku ai lexon me zë, as atje ku ai lexon në vete. Për këtë flasin hadithet e shumta. Këto janë fjalët e Ebu Hanifes." [10] Përktheu: Nexhat Ibrahimi [1] Muslimi, nr. 903. [2] Tirmidhiu, nr. 313 dhe thotë: Hasen-Sahih; Malik, Muvetta, fq. 74; Thotë Ibn Abdul Berr: "E shënon Jahja ibn Selam nga Maliku, nga Vehb ibn Kejsaniu, nga Xhabir, nga Pejgamberi."
