Dazu sagen die muslimischen Gelehrten (Ulama'), dass Reue (Tauba) bei jeder Sünde Pflicht ist. Wenn es sich um eine Sünde zwischen einem Diener Allahs und Allah, dem Erhabenen handelt, die nicht mit dem Recht eines anderen Menschen zu tun hat, hat sie drei Bedingungen: 1) Dass er diese Sünde unterlässt, 2) dass er sie bereut, und 3) dass er diese Sünde nicht mehr begeht. Wenn eine dieser Bedingungen nicht vorhanden ist, wird seine Reue nicht angenommen. Wenn eine Sünde mit einem anderen Menschen zu tun hat, gibt es vier Bedingungen für die Reue (Tauba): Die drei zuvor genannten und 4) dass er dem Geschädigten sein Recht zukommen lässt, das heißt, dass er, wenn es sich um Geld oder ähnliches handelt, ihm dieses zurückzahlt, dass er, wenn es sich um eine Straftat oder ähnliches handelt, ihm ermöglicht, seine Bestrafung zu erwirken oder ihn um Verzeihung bittet, und dass er, wenn es sich um üble Nachrede (Raiba) handelt, diese zurücknimmt. Und er soll alle Sünden bereuen. Wenn er nur einige bereut, ist seine Reue für diejenigen Sünden, die er bereut, gültig, die anderen jedoch bleiben bestehen. Zur Notwendigkeit der Reue gibt es in Qur'an und Sunna mehrere Beweise. Qur'an: Allah, der Erhabene, spricht: "Und wendet euch allesamt Allah reuevoll wieder zu, ihr Gläubigen, auf dass ihr Heil erlangen möget!" Diese Türe wird solange für eine Person offen bleiben, bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, wenn er am Sterben liegt und seine Seele im Begriff ist, dem Körper zu entweichen und bis zur Kehle hoch kommt oder wenn die Sonne vom Westen aufgeht und somit der Tag des Jüngsten Gerichts eingeläutet wird. Es gehört auch zur Barmherzigkeit Allahs – dem Erhabenen – gegenüber dieser Gemeinschaft (Ummah), dass Er ihr eine Anbetung ('Ibādah) erlassen hat, das zu den besten Anbetungen gehört, mit der ein Diener, der gesündigt hat, seinem Herrn um Vergebung anflehen kann und zwar ist es das Reuegebet (Şalāt at-Taubah). Hier nun einige Angelegenheiten, die dieses Gebet betreffen. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Erstens: Die Legitimation dieses Gebets Alle Leute des Wissens (Ahlu l-'Ilm) sind sich darüber einig, dass das Reuegebet legitim ist. Abu Dāwūd hat den Ĥadīth (1521) von Abu Bakr – Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm – verzeichnet, der gesagt hat: Ich hörte den Gesandten Allahs – möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken – sagen: „Es gibt keinen Diener, der, wenn er gesündigt hat, er die Gebetswaschung gut verrichtet, dann aufsteht und zwei Rak'ah betet und dann bei Allah um Vergebung bittet, außer dass ihm Allah vergibt. Dann rezitierte er folgenden Vers: "Und diejenigen, die - wenn sie etwas Schändliches getan oder gegen sich gesündigt haben - Allahs gedenken und für ihre Sünden um Vergebung flehen; und wer vergibt die Sünden außer Allah? - und diejenigen, die nicht auf dem beharren, was sie wissentlich taten."[1] "[2] Aĥmad hat den Ĥadīth (26998) von Abu d-Dardā` – Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm – verzeichnet, der gesagt hat: Ich hörte den Gesandten Allahs – möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken – sagen: „Wer den Wudū` macht und es gut macht, dann zwei oder vier Raka'āt betet (einer der Sprecher war unsicher), darin Allah gedenkt und sich besinnt – dann Allah um Vergebung bittet, so wird Er ihm vergeben." [3] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zweitens: Der Grund für das Reuegebet Der Grund für das Reuegebet sind die Sünden des Dieners, die er begonnen hat. Dabei macht es keinen Unterschied, ob es sich um kleine oder große Sünden handelt. Er muss stets und sofort alle Sünden bereuen. Ihm wird dann auch empfohlen, diese zwei Raka'āt zu beten. Er soll bei seiner Reue eine rechtschaffene Tat verrichten, um damit Allah näher zu kommen. Und die beste Tat, mit der man Allah näher kommen kann, ist das Gebet. Er soll mit dieser Tat Allah um Vergebung bitten mit der Hoffnung, dass Er es annimmt und ihm somit vergibt. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Drittens: Die Zeit für das Reuegebet Es ist wünschenswert (Mustaĥabb) dieses Gebet dann zu verrichten, wenn der Muslim sich dazu entschlossen hat, seine Sünden zu bereuen (Taubah zu machen). Dabei ist es gleichgültig, ob diese Reue direkt nachdem er gesündigt hat kommt oder viel später. Es ist jedoch verpflichtend, dass der Sünder zur Reue eilt. Doch auch wenn er erst später bereut, wird seine Reue angenommen. Denn die Reue wird stets angenommen, solange nicht gewisse Dinge vorfallen, die die Türe zur Reue verschließen. Diese sind: 1.Wenn die Seele des Sterbenden zur Kehle steigt. Der Gesandte Allahs – möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken – hat gesagt: „Allah nimmt die Reue des Sünders an, bis dieser seinen letzten Atemzug aushaucht." [4] 2.Wenn die Sonne vom Westen aufgeht. Der Gesandte Allahs – möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken – hat gesagt: „Allah wird die Reue des Bereuenden annehmen, solange die Sonne nicht im Westen aufgegangen ist." [5] Es ist legitim, dieses Gebet zu allen Zeiten zu verrichten, auch in den Zeiten, wo das Beten untersagt ist (wie z.B. nach dem Aşr-Gebet). Denn dieses Gebet gehört zu den Gebeten, die einen Grund haben. Deshalb wird das Gebet zu dem Zeitpunkt legitim, sobald dieser Grund auftaucht. Scheich des Islam Ibn Taimiyah hat gesagt: „Die Gebete, die einen Grund haben, sollten nicht verschoben werden auf eine Zeit, wo das Gebet nicht mehr untersagt ist. Denn diese Verzögerung kann dazu führen, dass man dieses Gebet verpasst, wie zum Beispiel die Niederwerfung der Rezitation (Şudjūd at-Tilāwah), das Begrüßungsgebet für die Moschee (Taĥiyat al-Maşdjid), das Gebet bei Sonnenfinsternis (Şalāt al-Kuşūf), das Gebet nach der Waschung, so wie es im Ĥadīth von Bilāl erwähnt wurde und das Gebet um die Eingebung zur richtigen Entscheidung (Şalāt al-Iştichārah), denn hier kann die Sache, für das er dieses Gebet verrichten möchte, verpassen, wenn er dieses Gebet verschiebt. Das gleiche gilt auch für das Reuegebet. Wenn eine Person gesündigt hat, dann sollte er dazu eilen zu bereuen. Es wird ihm empfohlen, zwei Raka'āt zu beten und dann zu bereuen, so wie es im Ĥadīth von Abu Bakr aş-Şiddīq überliefert wurde." [6] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Viertens: Die Art und Weise des Verrichtens des Reuegebet Das Reuegebet besteht aus zwei Raka'āt, so wie es im Ĥadīth von Abu Bakr aş-Şiddīq überliefert wurde. Es ist dem Reuenden vorgeschrieben, dass er es alleine betet. Denn sie gehört zu den nichtvorgeschriebenen Gebeten (an-Nawāfil), die nicht in der Gemeinschaft zu entrichten sind. Es wird ihm empfohlen, dass er danach Allah um Vergebung bittet, so wie es im Ĥadīth von Abu Bakr aş-Şiddīq überliefert wurde. Es ist über den Gesandten Allahs – möge Allah ihn loben und Heil schenken – nichts überliefert worden, dass man in diesen zwei Raka'āt etwas bestimmtes aus dem Qur`ān rezitieren soll. Der Betende sollte darin das rezitieren, was er möchte. Es ist wünschenswert, dass der Reuende nach dem Verrichten dieses Gebetes, sich bemüht und anstrengt, viele rechtschaffene Taten zu verrichten.
