Sobald wir draußen sind haben wir damit zu kämpfen unsere Blicke gegenüber dem anderen Geschlecht zu senken. Dabei fällt es uns hin und wieder schwer das auch immer konsequent durchzuführen - ein zu langer Blick oder ganz schnell noch ein zweiter Blick und schon kann Shaytan diese Chance nutzen. Doch ich versuche in solchen Situationen Dhikr zu machen, was mit "(Allah) gedenken" übersetzt werden kann. Und zwar mache ich Dhikr, indem ich mir die Worte Allahs vor Augen führe. Ich rezitiere leise die Ayat des Qurans, die ich kenne. Und ich sage mir in diesem Moment immer und immer wieder: "Möchtest du wirklich diese Frau angucken, während du die Verse Allahs rezitierst?" Sobald wir draußen sind haben wir damit zu kämpfen unsere Blicke gegenüber dem anderen Geschlecht zu senken. Dabei fällt es uns hin und wieder schwer das auch immer konsequent durchzuführen - ein zu langer Blick oder ganz schnell noch ein zweiter Blick und schon kann Shaytan diese Chance nutzen. Doch ich versuche in solchen Situationen Dhikr zu machen, was mit "(Allah) gedenken" übersetzt werden kann. Und zwar mache ich Dhikr, indem ich mir die Worte Allahs vor Augen führe. Ich rezitiere leise die Ayat des Qurans, die ich kenne. Und ich sage mir in diesem Moment immer und immer wieder: "Möchtest du wirklich diese Frau angucken, während du die Verse Allahs rezitierst?"
