a5 zum iftar heute Kuru Fasulye ~ weiße Bohnen mit Reis auf türkische Art Zutaten
1/2 Packung Kuru Fasulye – Weiße Bohnen aus dem türkischen Supermarkt – auch dicke Bohnen genannt
1 große Zwiebel – Soğan
350g Butter – Tereyağı
4-5 Peperoni – Sivri Biber
2-3 Tomaten – Domates
1 Brühwürfel (nur wenn man will) – Sebze Tozu
200 ml passierte Tomaten – Domates Suyu
1 Glas Reis – Pirinç
1 Handvoll Supennudeln – Şehriye
heißes Wasser
Chillieflocken – Pul Biberi
Knoblauch – Sarmısak
1 EL (selbst) gewürztes Tomatenmark – Köy Salçası
Pastırma oder Sucuk
Salz und Pfeffer – Tuz Biberia Zubereitung Bohnen
die Bohnen am Vorabend mit warmem Wasser 2 Finger breit bedecken und über Nacht ziehen lassen
Tomaten schälen (Trick: an zweis Seiten kreuzweise anritzen, mit heißem Wasser begießen, kurz warten und Haut komplett abziehen), dann in kleine Würfel schneiden
Zwiebeln auch schälen und würfeln
den Knoblauch nur schälen
Peperoni anschneiden, entkernen und in grobe Stücke schneiden
die Bohnen entwässern, gut durchspülen und aufkochen – ca. 1 Stunde bei geringer Temperatur köcheln lassen
wenn sie außen weich und innen bissfest sind, das Wasser absieben
in ca. 150g Butter die Zwiebeln anschwitzen und die Paprika und Tomaten nach und nach dazugeben
Salça und die passierten Tomaten unterrühren
dann die Bohnen dazugeben und behutsam mischen
mit Wasser auffüllen, so dass die Masse bedeckt ist
die Bohnen langsam vor sich her köcheln lassen, ca. 30 Min.
Zubereitung Reis
150g Butter in einem Topf leicht erhitzen und die Suppennudeln anschwitzen
den Reis dazu, etwas anbraten und warmes Wasser dazugeben, mit Salz und Pfefffer würzen und kurz umrühren.
1x kurz aufkochen assen und auf niedrige Temperatur stellen. ca. 15 Min. ziehen lassen
Servieren
Reis und KuruFasulye nach Belieben anrichten. Nun noch mit Pastırma oder Sucuk garnieren und mit etwas Fladenbrot genießen.

a5 SubhanAllah, was bringt es dir, wenn du Tage und Nächte Ahadith und Qur'an lernst und sie anderen beibringst, ihnen ihre Wichtigkeit nahe legst, aber deine eigene Mutter nicht ehrst und nicht gut mit ihr umgehst, sie hartherzig angreifst. Wichtig ist, dass du sie zufrieden stellst! Egal, was zwischen euch steht, egal, wie schwer es dir fällt. Gehe hin und umarme sie, küss sie und zeig ihr, dass du sie Liebst.
Es ist nicht immer leicht, doch dies beweist deine Stärke und Verständnis im Islam.
"Und dient Allah und gesellt ihm nichts bei. Und zu den Eltern sollt ihr gütig sein." (Qur'an 4: 36)
Du wirst auf keinen Menschen treffen, der dich liebt, ehrt und zu schätzen weiß, wie deine Mutter. Sie hat dich getragen, ist für dich in der Nacht aufgestanden, hat die das Essen zubereitet, fa subhanAllah, soviel kann ich nicht einmal aufzählen, was sie für uns gemacht, immer noch macht und wahrscheinlich ihr Lebenlang machen wird.
Es ist ein Verlust für euch, sie unzufrieden schlafen gehen zu lassen!
Einst kam ein Mann zum Propheten Muhammad (Segen und Heil auf ihm) und fragte diesen: "Wer hat das meiste Recht auf meine gute Umgangsweise (mit ihm)?" Der Prophet (Segen und Heil auf ihm) antwortete: "Deine Mutter." Der Mann fragte: "Wer danach?" Der Prophet (Segen und Heil auf ihm) sagte: "Danach deine Mutter." Der Mann fragte weiter: "Wer danach?" Und wieder antwortete der Prophet (Segen und Heil auf ihm): "Danach deine Mutter." Der Mann fragte nochmals: "Wer danach?" Da sagte der Prophet (Segen und Heil auf ihm): "Danach dein Vater."

Warum fasten wir?"Hier sind 6 Punkte die wir lernen sollten, warum wir fasten"Allah, der Erhabene, hat uns das Fasten nicht deswegen vorgeschrieben, damit wir uns selber mit Hunger und Durst quälen, sondern darin sind Weisheiten und viele Vorteile. Dazu gehören:(1) Das Erlangen der Gottesfurcht: Als Allah das Fasten auferlegt hat, hat Er es mit der Gottesfurcht verknüpft: „Vielleicht werdet ihr gottesfürchtig." [sūrat al-baqara:183] Er machte die Gottesfurcht zur Konsequenz des Fastens. Ğābir, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm, sagte: „Wenn du fastest, dann sollen sich dein Gehör, deine Sicht und deine Zunge der Verleumdung enthalten. Unterlass die Kränkung der Nachbaren. Es sollen an dir Ruhe und Ernst zu sehen sein. Mach deinen Fast- und Esstag nicht gleich." [Bei Ibn Rağab in „latā'if al-ma‛ārif" u. a.] Wer aber Verbotenes begeht, während er fastet, dann ist kein Zweifel daran, dass das Fasten auf ihn nicht eingewirkt hat, denn wer fastet und trotzdem Sünden begeht, ist sicher kein Gottesfürtiger. Der Gesandte Allahs, Allahs Frieden und Wohlgefallen auf ihm, sagte: „Wer sich dem nutzlosen (und sogar schädlichen) Gereden, denen entsprechenden Handeln und der Torheit nicht enthält, dann ist es Allah nicht nötig, dass dieser sich seinem Essen und Trinken entält."(2) Die Bewahrung der Gliedmaßen vor den Sünden: Zu den Vorteilen und Weisheiten des Fastens gehört, dass sich der Mensch dadurch die Seele und die Gliedmaßen vor den Sünden bewahrt und denen nicht näherkommt, damit sein Fasten richtig verrichtet wird und er sich daran gewöhnt, sich stets von diesen verbotenen Taten fernzuhalten. Wenn der Mensch Hunger hat, dann sind viele Sinne davon betroffen. Doch wenn der Mensch satt ist, dann haben seine Zunge, seine Augen, seine Hände und sein Geschlechtsteil Hunger. Auf diese Weise führt das Fasten zu einer Überwältigung des Teufels, zu einem Bruch mit den Begierden und zum Schutz der Gliedmaßen.(3) Diät für den Körper:Zur Allweisheit Allahs gehört, dass dieses Fasten ein Diät für den Körper ist. Es liegt kein Zweifel daran, dass die Diät eines der wirkungsvollsten Heilmittel ist, denn das Fasten macht den Körper immun und stark. Dazu verleiht es ihm Geduld und Standhaftigkeit gegen Hunger und Durst, so dass, wenn sie mit ihm mal vorkommen, er sich dafür bereit und daran gewöhnt findet, was für ihn ein großer Nutzen ist. (4) Die Erinnerung an die Armen und die Verhungernden: Eine der Weisheiten, die in dem Fasten stecken, ist, dass der Fastende, wenn er den Schmerz des Hungers verspürt, sich besser in die Lage der Armen hineinversetzen kann und sich somit freundlich ihnen gegenüber verhält und ihnen zu essen gibt, denn es ist schließlich nicht das Gleiche, nur vom Hunger zu hören oder ihn am eigenen Leib zu erfahren. Und in den letzten 10-Nächten sollten wir sie vermehrt sagen.
1.Allah'u Akbar.
2.Subhan'Allah.
3.Alhamdulillah.
4.La ilaha ill'Allah.
5.Asthaghfirullah.
6.La hauwla wa la quwwata illa-billa'hil alliyil Adheem.
7.Subhaan-Allahi wa bi-hamdih.
8.Subhan-Allahi, wa-l-hamdu Li-llahi, wa la illaha illa-Allah, wa-Allah'u Akbar. Wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa bi-llahi-l-aliyyil-l-Azim.
