Frage: Es kommt ein Hadith vor: „Wer einen Muslim zum Kafir erklärt, ist ungläubig geworden." Wird also derjenige, der einen Muslim zum Kafir erklärt, selber zum abtrünnigen Kafir? Oder dient dieser Hadith nur zur Warnung von dem unrechtmäßigen Takfir auf einen Muslim? Antwort: Mir ist die Authentizität (dieses Hadith) nicht bekannt, jedoch stimmt die Bedeutung. Der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) sagte: „Wer zu seinem Bruder sagt: „du Kafir", so fällt dies auf einen von beiden zurück." (Bukhari) Das bedeutet, wenn das Gesagte nicht wahr ist, kehrt es auf den zurück, der es sagte. Es ist also nicht erlaubt, dass ein Muslim seinen Bruder zum Kafir erklärt oder zu ihm sagt: „O Feind Allahs!", oder „O Sünder!" außer mit Beweis. Wer seinen Bruder des Unglaubens bezichtigt, während dies nicht so ist, so kehrt das gesagte auf den Sagenden zurück. Und die Bedeutung ist die Warnung, (und) nicht dass dies Kufr Akbar (großer Unglaube) ist. Sondern die Warnung vor diesen üblen Worten und dass der Sagende in großer Gefahr ist, wenn er dies zu seinem Bruder sagt. Man soll also seine Zunge hüten und nur mit Einsicht sprechen.
