"Oftmals sehen wir, dass sich Muslime viel mit dem Islamischen Recht und den damit verbundenen Meinungsverschiedenheiten beschäftigen und Bereiche wie die Seelenreinigung, Familienführung, Erziehung der Kinder, Soziale Arbeit, Politik, Humanitäre Hilfe und Einsatz für Gutes und Gerechtigkeit im Allgemeinen, gleichzeitig vernachlässigen. Dabei ist das Islamischen Recht – wie letztendlich jede Wissenschaft – eine Angelegenheit der Spezialisten.
Nur sieben der Prophetengefährten haben sich intensiv mit der Fatwa beschäftigt, so dass man die Urteile eines jeden einzelnen von ihnen in einem Band sammeln könnte. Diese sind:
Umar ibn Al- Khattaab, Ali ibn Abu Taalib, Abdullah ibn Masuud, Aisha – die Mutter der Gläubigen, Zaid ibn Thaabit, Abdullah ibn Abbas und Abdullah ibn Umar – möge Allah mit allen zufrieden sein.
Weitere 20 waren weniger stark in diesem Bereich involviert, ihre Rechtsurteile konnten jeweils in einer Abhandlung wiedergegeben werden. Diese sind in erster Linie:
Abu Bakr As- Siddieq, Umm Salamah – die Mutter der Gläubigen, Anas ibn Maalik, Abu Saied Al-Khudary, Abu Hurairah, Uthmaan ibn Affaan, Abdullah ibn Amr Al-Aas, Abdullah ibn Zubair, Abu Musa Al- Aschary, Sad ibn Abi Waqqaas, Salman Al-Farisy, Jaabir ibn Abdullah und Muaadh ibn Jabal.
Des Weiteren kann man zu dieser Gruppe zählen:
Talha, Az- Zubair, AbdurRahman ibn Auf, Imraan ibn Hussain, Abu Bakrah, Ubaadah ibn As- Saamit und Muaawiah ibn Abi Sufjaan – möge Allah mit allen zufrieden sein.
Es folgen ihnen 117, welche ein oder zwei Rechtsurteile – oder ein wenig mehr sprachen.
Fazit & Fragen für uns:
- 144 Prophetengefährten von insgesamt ca. 120.000 waren mit dem islamischen Recht auf der Urteilsebene befasst!
- Sprichwörtlich 99,9 % der Prophetengefährten hatten Basiswissen im islamischen Recht und fragten nach, wenn es komplizierter wurde und urteilten nicht.
- Wenn wir wirklich Taqwa haben, warum urteilen wir, wenn wir unbefugt und unfähig sind in Angelegenheiten der Religion Allahs!?
- Wenn wir wirklich die Einheit der Muslime lieben, warum beschäftigen wir uns nur mir dem, was uns im islamischen Recht trennt?
- Wenn wir wirklich den Fortschritt der Ummah wollen, warum drehen wir uns nur im Kreis?
- Wieviel Deiner Energie gibst Du dem Konsens unter den Muslimen?!

Sirup), Weizen, Gerste und Al-Chamr ist alles*, was die Geisteskraft des Menschen beeinträchtigt." ولن تعترف النخبة انها أخطأت لان خطأها ليس النزول والحشد ضد مرسي
بل كان الخطأ انها وافقت من البداية على ان تكون نخبة عميلة تديرها اياد خفية وتتحكم في مواقفهم وسلوكهم وتظهرهم كما تشاء
وائل الابراشي يجبر على الاعتراف بانه ينافق الحكومه
وابراهيم عيسى يناقض نفسه
ومظهر شاهين يكشف أسؤ ما فيه
دمى تحركها الخيوط والسنة تحت التحكم
وغدا على كل هؤلاء سننتصر
