    Sollte die Absicht zum Fasten im Ramadan in der Nacht gefasst werden oder ist es zulässig dies tagsüber zu tun?
    Um ein Beispiel zu geben: Wenn jemand am Vormittag informiert wird, dass heute Ramadan ist, sollte er das Fasten dieses Tages nachholen?

    Antwort:
    Es ist verpflichtend die Absicht in der Nacht vor der Morgendämmerung (Fajr) an jedem Tag von Ramadan zu fassen. Folglich wird man von der Pflicht nicht freigesprochen, wenn man das Fasten tagsüber beginnt, ohne die Absicht zum Fasten in der vorigen Nacht gefasst zu haben. Demzufolge ist es für jemand, der am Vormittag erfährt, dass heute ein Tag des Ramadan ist und dann die Absicht zum Fasten fasst, verpflichtend bis zum Sonnenuntergang (Maghrib) auf die Entkräftungen des Fastens zu verzichten.

    Sie müssen das Fasten dieses Tages später auch nachholen. Dies basiert auf dem Hadith überlifert von Ibn `Umar unter der Autorität von Hafsa (radiAllahu anha), in dem der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) sagte: "Jeder, der die Absicht zum Fasten nicht vor Fajr gefasst hat, dessen Fasten wird nicht gelten." (überliefert von Imam Ahmad, die Zusammensteller der Sunan [Imam Abu Dawud, Imam Al-Tirmidhi, Imam Al-Nasa´y und Imam Ibn Majah], Ibn Khuzaymah und Ibn Hibban.) Die letzten zwei Imame haben ihn (den Hadith) als marfu authentisch überliefert eingestuft.
    Diese Regelung gilt für das obligatorische Fasten.

    Beim frewilligen Fasten ist es erlaubt, die Absicht zum Fasten tagsüber zu machen, wenn seit der Morgendämmerung kein Essen, Trinken oder ehelicher Geschlechtsverkehrt stattgefunden hat. Das liegt daran, weil unter der Autorität von Aisha (radhiAllahu anha) authentisch überliefert wurde, dass der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) eines Tages am Vormittag zu ihr kam und sagte: "Hast du irgendetwas (zu essen)?" - Sie sagte: "Nein." - Der Prophet (sallAllahu wa sallam) sagte: "Dann faste ich." (Überliefert von Muslim in seinem Sahih).

    Möge Allah uns Erfolg geben. Möge der Frieden und Segen auf unserem Propheten Muhammad, seiner Familie und seinen Gefährten sein.

    „Wer das falsche Wort* und dessen tatkräftige Durchsetzung nicht unterlässt, von dem verlangt Allāh nicht, dass er auf sein Essen und Trinken verzichtet."

    *Das falsche Wort umfaßt sowohl das Wort als auch die Handlung wie z.B: falsches Zeugnis, die Heuchelei, die falsche Beschuldigung an Menschen und die üble Nachrede.

    So wie Regenwasser die Pflanzen der verschiedensten Arten wachsen lässt, so weist die große Vielfalt der Schöpfung auf ihren Herrn hin, den wahren Erhalter. Bete nur zu Ihm; denn niemand
    ist Ihm gleich. Gehorche Ihm so, wie die Natur Seinen Gesetzen gehorcht, sonst wirst du verlieren. In Seiner Schöpfung können wir die Beweise Seiner Fürsorge um uns sehen. Wie kann
    jemand, der an Allāh glaubt, gleich jemandem sein, der die Wahrheit ablehnt? Der Gläubige folgt der wunderbaren Botschaft Allāhs und preist Ihn. Der Ungläubige hat nichts, das ihn leitet; sein Ende ist grausam. Erinnere dich an den Tag des Jüngsten Gerichts, wenn alle deine Taten abgerechnet werden. Die Rechtleitung wurde gegeben. Sie erhält und nutzt der eigenen Seele. Sogar im täglichen Leben gibt es Zeichen für diejenigen, die nachdenken. Allāh (t) nimmt die Seele des Menschen zum Zeitpunkt des Todes und während des Schlafes weg. Er hält die Seele des Menschen zurück, über die er das Urteil des Todes verhängt hat, während Er die Seele zum Menschen zurücksendet, den Er am Leben lassen will. Das sollte den Menschen nachdenken lassen, wie nahe er jedesmal dem Tod kommt, wenn er schläft. Er sollte sich entsprechend vorbereiten. Es ist falsch, irgendeinen Helfer neben Allāh anzurufen. Nichts kann dich vor Allāhs Bestrafung schützen, wenn sie zu dir kommt. Sei Allāh dankbar zu jeder Zeit. Zweifle zu keiner Zeit an Allāhs Gnade und bitte Ihn um Vergebung, bevor Allāhs Strafe über dich kommt. Am
    Tage des Jüngsten Gerichts wird Gutes und Böses erkennbar sein.

    Es wurde berichtet von Uqbah ibn ‚Aamir al-Juhani, dass eine Gruppe zum Gesandten ALLAHs kam, um ihren Treueschwur abzulegen. Er akzeptierte den Treueschwur von neun von ihnen, aber lehnte von einem den Schwur ab.
    Er sagte: „Er trägt ein Amulett."
    Der Mann steckte seine Hand (ins Hemd) und zog sie heraus, dann akzeptierte er (der Prophet ) seinen Schwur. Er sagte: „Wer immer ein Amulett trägt, hat Shirk begangen." (überliefert von Ahmad, 16969)

    The Khilafah State has become a key topic of discussion over the past few weeks resulting in many questions across the world – perhaps exposing the lack of detailed knowledge about the idea and obligation of Khilafah in Islam. Against this background, we have listed ten distinct features about the Islamic Khilafah that would address some glaring problems in the Muslim world today.

    1. Security – Since the destruction of the Khilafah in 1924, Muslim blood has become cheap. Invasion of Muslim countries by global and regional powers, externally sponsored inter-Muslim fighting and drone bombing are not seen as unusual in today's day and age. Moreover, the existence of foreign security agencies within countries like Pakistan – where bombs go off in city centres fomenting unrest like that seen in Central America in the 1980s – illustrates exactly how the current rulers in the Muslim world have abandoned any duty to secure the lives of ordinary people. Armed forces of Muslim countries are more often used to attack their own people – or even to secure the Zionist entity – than to defend Muslim land. The Messenger of Allah SAW – called the Khaleefah 'a shield'. Security of the state is the most basic duty of any government. But with today's Muslim rulers this is something that goes beyond neglect – it is often with complicity.

    2. Fixed Laws – The current situation prevalent in the Muslim world is one where ruling families decide the laws that society must abide by, whilst at the same time remaining above the very laws they have created. A direct consequence of people making the laws is they legislate to maintain the status quo, which only secures their own powerbase.

    In Islam the Shariah of Allah (swt) is sovereign as explained in the Qur'an:

    إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّه
    "The rule is for none but Allah" (An-Anam:56)

    Free Naveed Butt: Third Ramadhan, Without Naveed Butt.

    Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan displayed banners throughout the provincial capital of Pakistan's largest province Punjab, Lahore. Lahore is a previous seat of ruling for the Muslim rulers in the time of the Islamic Khilafah state and is now home to over ten million Muslims. The banners were placed in prominent public areas and called for the immediate release of Naveed Butt, the official spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan and the country's most prominent advocate for Khilafah. This is now the third Ramadhan that Naveed greets in abduction. The Muslims of Pakistan are asked to make dua for his release and ask about his well-being from the influential that they know in general and in particular from the senior armed forces intelligence officials.

    Naveed Butt was first seized on 11 May 2012, over two years ago. Naveed's tireless exposure of the colonialist conspiracies against the Muslims and clear presentation of how the ruling by the Deen of Islam will provide Khair for the Muslim World and beyond it, was greatly resented by traitors within the political and military leadership. So these tyrants mobilized to silence Naveed, in blind obedience to the policies of their colonialist masters, who fight the call for the Khilafah wherever it is likely to arise, from Syria to Uzbekistan. Thus, these oppressors added to their many crimes against Islam, by chasing Naveed here and there, until their thugs seized him before the eyes of his small children. And until today, not only do they confine Naveed to their dungeons, they undertake a campaign of persecution against the Shebaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir. Indeed, the extent of their resentment is such that they send their thugs to chase after the Shebaab, wherever they stand to address the people by speech or by the distribution of leaflets, even if it were for a little while!

    وَمَا نَقَمُوا مِنْهُمْ إِلاَّ أَن يُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ
