Da wir in den letzten Tagen viele Fragen bezüglich des Kalifats und seiner Ausrufung im Irak erhalten haben, möchten wir nun inshaAllah näher auf das Thema eingehen.
Assalamu alaikum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatahu,
Liebe Brüder und liebe Schwestern
1. Jene Gruppierung, die versucht das Kalifat zu verkünden, ist verpflichtet der Methode des Propheten (sas.) zu folgen, und hieraus muss diese Gruppierung eine offensichtlich erkennbare Autorität über das Gebiet besitzen, wo es die interne und externe Sicherheit gewährleisten kann, und dieses Gebiet, wo das Kalifat verkündet wird, muss die Komponenten eines Staates erfüllen.
Das hat der Prophet (sas.) so durchgeführt, als er den Islamischen Staat in Madina Al-Munawarra errichtet hat: die Autorität lag beim Propheten (sas.)und die interne und externe Sicherheit war durch den Islam gewährleistet, und die Komponenten eines Staates wurden in den umgebenen Gebieten erfüllt.
2. Die Gruppierung, die das Kalifat verkündet hat, besitzt weder Autorität in Syrien oder im Irak, noch haben sie die Sicherheit und den Schutz intern oder extern gesichert, sondern haben ihre Bayah einem Kalifen gegeben, der nicht in der Lage ist, sich öffentlich bekannt zu machen, stattdessen blieb seine Situation vor der Verkündung des Staates versteckt. Und dies steht im Widerspruch zu dem was der Gesandte Allahs (sas.) getan hat, ihm, Frieden und Segen auf ihm, wurde es gestattet sich vor der Errichtung des Staates in der Höhle Thaur zu verstecken, aber nach der Errichtung des Staates, hat er sich um die Angelegenheiten der Menschen gekümmert, er hat Armeen geführt, er hat bei Streitigkeiten gerichtet, er hat Boten geschickt und öffentliche Botschaften erhalten. Somit war die vorherige Lage unterschiedlich zur Lage nach der Errichtung.
Folglich ist die Verkündung des Kalifats durch die Gruppierung lediglich rhetorisch und ohne Bedeutung. Es ähnelt den früheren Verkündungen des Kalifats, es besitzt keine Autorität vor Ort und erfüllt die Komponenten nicht. Stattdessen stellen sie sich zufrieden mit dem was sie haben. Auch gab es einige, die sich zum Kalifen ernannten oder vorgaben der Mehdi zu sein und so weiter... ohne die Komponenten, die Autorität, die Sicherheit und den Schutz zu besitzen !
3. Das Kalifat ist ein Staat von Bedeutung, und die Schariah hat die Methode zu seiner Errichtung festgelegt ebenso die Art ihrer Ahkam (Gesetze), dem Auszug aus Gesetzen, der Politik, der Wirtschaft und den internationalen Beziehungen... und es ist nicht bloß eine Verkündung, die nur über Websiten ausgestrahlt wird oder gedruckt oder durch Audiomitteilungen vermittelt wird. Sondern es wird ein großartiges Ereignis werden, welches die ganze Welt erschüttern wird, ihre Wurzeln werden fest im Boden sitzen, ihre Autorität wird in diesem Land intern und extern gewährleistet sein, und es wird den Islam im Land implementieren und den Islam in die Welt durch Dawah und Jihad hinaustragen.
4. Die Verkündung, die stattgefunden hat, war lediglich rhetorisch, und es wird die Realität der Staatsstruktur weder steigern noch senken. Die Gruppierung ist vor und nach der Verkündung eine militärische Bewegung. Ihre Umstände entsprechen den anderen militärischen Bewegungen, die mit anderen und dem Regime kämpfen, ohne dass jene von ihnen die Autorität in Syrien oder im Irak oder in beiden Ländern erlangt haben. Würde eines dieser Gruppierungen, ISIS miteinbezogen, in der Lage sein ihre Autorität in einem bestimmten Gebiet zu errichten, mit den Komponenten eines Staates, und anschließend die Errichtung des Kalifats verkünden und den Islam implementieren, so würden sie es der Erforschung bedürfen, um zu sehen wie ein Kalifat eigentlich laut Schariah Gesetze errichtet wird, und dann würde ihnen gefolgt werden, weil die Errichtung des Kalifats für jeden Muslim eine Pflicht darstellt. Es ist nicht nur die Pflicht von einigen Muslimen.
Dennoch ist die Angelegenheit nicht wie erwähnt, sondern alle bewaffneten Bewegungen sind Milizen, die ISIS miteinbezogen, sie haben weder die Elemente eines Staates oder die Autorität vor Ort noch die Sicherheit und den Schutz. Deshalb ist die Verkündung der ISIS zur Errichtung des Kalifats nur rhetorisch, dass durch Beobachten der Realität ungültig ist.
5. Dennoch muss der negative Einfluss der durch die Verkündung entstanden ist, bezüglich der Idee des Kalifats unter außenstehenden Menschen genau erforscht und beobachtet werden, denn seit der Idee vom Kalifat erschüttert das Kalifat durch ihre mächtige Position und großartige Bedeutung für die Muslime die Menschen. Es wird dadurch zu einer schwachen Idee degradiert, als ein Weg wie einige Individuen Dampf ablassen. Und zwar dass einer von ihnen auf einem öffentlichen Platz oder in einem Dorf verkündet, dass er der Kalif sei, und dass er die Befugnis hat, den Muslimen Befehle zu erteilen und diese Befehle für die Muslime vollzugspflichtig sind. Es wird seine Bedeutung verlieren und die Großartigkeit des Kalifats wird in den Herzen dieser außenstehenden Menschen weggefressen werden, es wird nichts als ein schönes Wort bleiben, ausgesprochen aber dennoch eine leere Substanz...
Diese Angelegenheit erfordert Beobachtung, insbesondere zur jetztigen Zeit, da die Errichtung des wahren rechtgeleiteten Kalifats näher denn je ist. Die Muslime warten begierig darauf, und sie sehen Gruppen auf dem Weg des Propheten (sas.) wie er den Staat in Madina al Munawwara errichtet hat, voranschreiten...sie sehen lebhaftes und bedeutungsvolles Handeln zwischen vielen Muslimen von der Ummah, die das Kalifat ersehnen.
Durch diese Handlungen realisieren die Muslime die Bedeutung von Brüderlichkeit im Islam und sie werden dem Erfolg von Muslimen aus der Ummah das Kalifat zu errichten, vor Freude zu jubeln.
Und sie werden es genießen, dass ein aufrichtiger Kalif sich um ihre Angelegenheiten kümmert, jener Kalif, der die Methode des Propheten (sas.) befolgt. Gerade, weil die Verkündung des Kalifats kam, hat es ein dunkles Bild in den Köpfen von außenstehenden Menschen geschaffen, die die eigentliche Realität des Kalifats verzerrt.
6. Dadurch kommt eine Frage auf oder eher einige Fragen... nämlich über den Zeitpunkt der Verkündung. Denn die Menschen, die das Kalifat verkündet haben, besitzen keine Autorität, damit sie die Sicherheit und den Schutz intern und extern gewährleisten können. Fakt ist, dass das Kalifat nur über Facebook und den Medien ausgerufen wurde... solch ein Ausruf zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist fragwürdig. Insbesondere, weil die bewaffneten Gruppen nicht auf einer ideologischen Struktur basieren, die den leichten Durchbruch und den Eintritt von den Bösen aus dem Osten und Westen erlaubt. Es ist bekannt, dass der Osten und Westen sich gegen den Islam und gegen das Kalifat verschworen haben. Es ist für sie von Bedeutung, dass sie das Bild vom Islam und dem Kalifat entstellen, weil sie es nicht geschafft haben den Namen auszulöschen. Sie sind wachsam damit das Kalifat nur ein Name ohne Bedeutung bleibt. Währenddessen, wird die mächtige Erscheinung und die Verkündung des Kalifats, welches die Kuffar betäuben wird, nun zu einem Witz für die Feinde des Islams.
7. Trotz der Handlungen der schlechten Menschen, verkünden wir den Feinden des Islams im Osten und im Westen, ihren Agenten, und ihren unwissenden Anhängern, dass das Kalifat, welches jahrhundertelang die Welt regiert hat, sehr bekannt und nicht unbekannt ist, und dass es unbezwingbar ist trotz Verschwörung und Komplott.

Eine Studie kommt zu dem Ergebnis, dass die FBI für über 90 Prozent der misslungenen Terrorakte in den USA mitverantwortlich ist. Die Untersuchung wurde vom Project SALAM in Auftrag gegeben, die sich für muslimische Angeklagte einsetzt. Die Methode der Terrorbekämpfung ist in den USA schon länger bekannt.
Das Project SALAM unterstützt rechtlich und anwaltlich Muslime, die zu unrecht wegen Terrorverdachts angeklagt sind. Gemeinsam mit dem Nationalen Kongress zum Schutz der Grundfreiheiten (NCPCF) haben sie eine Studie mit dem Titel „Erfundener Terrorismus – Rechtsmissbrauch der präventiven Strafverfolgung" veröffentlicht.
Für die Studie untersuchten die Autoren den „Kampf gegen den Terrorismus" der USA. Die Vereinigten Staaten gaben an, dass sie durch Terroristen im eigenen Land einer ständigen Bedrohung ausgesetzt seien. Die Autoren werteten die offiziellen Zahlen des Justizministeriums über Einzelpersonen in den Jahren 2001 bis 2010 aus. Die einzelnen Fälle waren in der Liste „Terrorismus und terrorismusnahe Verurteilungen" einzusehen.
FBI plant Terroranschläge, um sie dann zu vereiteln
72,4 Prozent der Verurteilungen wurden auf die wahrgenommene Ideologie der Angeklagten zurückgeführt und nicht auf die tatsächlich begangene Aktion. In 21,8 Prozent der Verurteilungen waren Einzelpersonen beteiligt, die mit einer kleinen nicht-terroristischen Straftat in Verbindung standen. Die Gruppe wurde jedoch von der Regierung manipuliert, um sie als „Terroristen" dastehen zu lassen. Das Ergebnis der Studie: In 94,2 Prozent aller Verurteilungen wegen der Nähe zum Terrorismus war das FBI beteiligt.
Das FBI stellt den Leuten dazu Geld und Ausrüstung zur Verfügung und treibt sie zu Terrorakten an. Kurz vor der Ausführung schlagen die Agenten zu, um die vermeintlichen Terroristen zu verhaften und sie der Öffentlichkeit als solche zu präsentieren.
Die Methode der US-Behörden ist seit längerem bekannt
Die New York Times berichtete bereits im Jahr 2012 von der Methode der US-Behörden. Sie brachten den Studenten Mohamed Osman Mohamud dazu, einen Bombenanschlag auf eine Weihnachtsbaum-Zeremonie in Portland auszuführen. Dafür stellten sie ihm die Bomben-Attrappe zur Verfügung und fuhren auch das damit beladene Auto. Als die Bombe nach dessen Aktivierung nicht zündete, nahmen die Agenten den gemachten Attentäter fest.
Diese Methode ist in den USA nicht illegal. Sie werde oft bei Drogenverkäufern in den USA angewandt, sagt Mika German, NCPCF-Anwalt und ehemaliger FBI-Agent. Jedoch mache dies bei der Terrorbekämpfung keinen Sinn.
Die Autoren der Studie werfen der Regierung vor, illegitim präventive Strafverfolgung durchzuführen. Dadurch soll die vermeintliche Bedrohung, die von den Muslimen ausgeht, übertrieben und überspitzt dargestellt werden. Dadurch stelle man die muslimischen Extremisten als Sicherheitsgefahr für das Land dar. Die aktuellen Terror-Gesetze bezeichnen die Autoren als „unfair" und empfehlen eine Änderung.

As salamin aleikum wr wb ich bin der murat ich bin ein sehr großer fan von pierre vogel .ich liebe ihn tatsächlich umd er bedeutet mir ungeheuer viel ,denn er hat sehr oft mein Leben verändert ohne es zu wissen mit seinen dawahs. Auch wenn ich in der schule probleme hatte nur weil ich ihn sehr mag ,war es mir egal was die Lehrer nachher über mich sagten und denkten .ich liebe ihn wirklich sehr und will ihn einmal sehen und einmal kräftig umarmen bitte ermöglicht mir diesen wunsch

Egal was ist fastest wenn ihr könnt
Nehmt keine ausreden wenn man überlegt... Die sahabis und der Prophet.(Sav) haben in so einer Hitze gefastet früher und heute sogar nicht die Brüder und schwestern in Afrika oder ähnliches die fasten auch obwohl es so warm ist.
Deso schwer das fasten deso höher die Belohnung...
Aus meinem Leben...
Arbeite in einer shisa bar jeder der da arbeitet fastet obwohl es wirklich schwer ist und wir machen jeden Abend ifdar Essen...
Es ist sehr schwer aber haltet es durch in sha allah ❤

Viele Menschen heutzutage, die Alkohol trinken und Drogen konsumieren, lassen sich auch tätowieren. Die Tätowierung ist verboten und gehört zu den großen Sünden. Bei der Tätowierung wird mit einer Nadel in die Haut gestochen, bis Blut austritt. Dann werden in die Haut Farbstoffe eingebracht. Es gibt in dieser Zeit viele Menschen, die diese Sünde begehen.Diese Menschen sollen schauen, was sie für ihre Gräber vorbereitet haben. Denn wahrlich, für jede dieser drei erwähnten Sünden verdient derjenige, der sie begeht, die harte Bestrafung Gottes im Grab und im Jenseits; und wie ist es dann erst, wenn all diese Sünden begangen werden!?

If we spent a moment in deep contemplation, we would realise just how great and virtuous fasting is.
If we consider the fact that there are #deeds upon deeds which we can engage in, and all of them hold a mighty #reward. And then there are the deeds of Ramadan, which in some narrations will be rewarded up to 70 times and in others 700 times.
Also as it has been stated, the best #charity is that which is given in Ramadan. And to top it off, Allah says #fasting is for Him.
All of this put together, is enough to help us recognise the magnificence of this month. These deeds aren't just any old deeds. These deeds are of #virtue and #honour. Allah has raised the rank of this month, over all other months. And Allah has honoured you by allowing you to witness this month, in a state of sincerity, devotion and most importantly #emaan.
It is incumbent upon us to take full advantage of this month and gain maximum benefit. The seeds which we plant this month will not only reap over the next 11 months, but in the #hereafter too. Consider this month to be your head start. It's your booster for the next 11 months. If you can be #sincere and #devoted to #Allah, if you can #pray on time, if you can abstain from #sin, if you can abandon your #desires, if you can be a #dutiful #Muslim, a devoted #believer, if you can do all of this in #Ramadan (which you are in fact already doing) then you can do it all throughout the year. Have #faith in yourself and your #abilities. Do not be #deceived by #shaytaan.

لو انت اخوك الصغير جه يشتكيلك ان فيه حد ضربه وانت نويت النيه وعزمت انك هتفشخ الي ضربه ده , وانت في عز غضبك ده لقيت واحد بيقولك انا شفت واحد مسك الواد الي ضرب اخوك ده فشخه .
هتهدى من ناحيته صح ؟ حتى لو ده ماحصلش
نفس الموقف ده بيحصل معانا , أخبار واشاعات وحركات بتنتقم
تم اخصاء الضابط الي اغتصب - تم فشخ العسكري الي اتحرش
ولا بنشوف ولا فيه أي دليل او اثبات على صحة الأخبار دي
اذاً ماهي الا محاولات بائسه للتخفيف من وطأة الشارع اتجاه الناس دي
وطلب أرجوكوا تاني , ماتنشروش أخبار زي دي عشان ماتبقاش انت الي بتساعدهم على خططهم للتخفيف من وطاة الشارع عليهم دي
ومثال صغير , الي بيقولك الضابط اتخصى هو , وبعد مادعبست
