Abu Zaid Usama ibn Zaid ibn Haritha (r) erzählte: Ich hörte den Gesandten Allahs (s) sagen: "Am Tage des Gericht wird ein Mann gebracht und in die Hölle geworfen werden, und seine Eingeweide werden dort aus seinem Bauch herausbrechen, und er wird sie festhalten und taumelnd im Kreise gehen wie ein Esel in der Mühle. Die Bewohner der Hölle werden zu ihm kommen und sagen: 'Oh Soundso! Was ist das? Batest du die Leute nicht, Gutes zu tun und Übles zu meiden?' Und er wird sagen: 'So ist es. Ich schloss mich anderen an und bat Sie, Gutes zu tun, aber ich tat es selbst nicht, und ich verbot ihnen, Übles zu tun, aber ich tat es selbst.'" (Al-Bukhari und Muslim)

Frage:
Im Alter von 15 und 17 Jahren unterließ ich das Fasten drei Tage ohne einen Grund. Dank sei Allâh, dass ich nun mit 21 Jahren den rechten Weg beschreite. Wie muss ich diese Tage nachholen? Muss ich sie nur nachholen oder auch zusätzlich Arme speisen? Ich habe bereits zwei Tage gefastet. Was mache ich hinsichtlich der Absicht, zumal ich die Absicht für drei Tage gefasst habe?

Burka-Verbot in Frankreich
Zurück in die Intoleranz
Die Richter in Straßburg haben das Burka-Verbot bestätigt und verbannen verschleierte Frauen damit aus dem öffentlichen Leben. Was für ein gesellschaftlicher Rückschritt!
Das französische Verbot, einen Ganzkörperschleier zu tragen, ist eine radikalsäkulare Verirrung mit dem Ziel, einen Dresscode für die angeblich offene Gesellschaft festzulegen – oder zumindest zu bestimmen, was dem Dresscode widerspricht. Das Urteil gibt Vorurteilen gegen den Islam Auftrieb. Damit befeuert es leider auch rechtsradikale Islamkritik. Es wird nichts verbessern, wohl aber verschlimmern.
Ein Argument für das Verbot war in Frankreich, dass sich Frauen mit Ganzkörperschleiern von der Außenwelt abschotteten. Sie würden gesellschaftlicher "Interaktion" aus dem Weg gehen. Sie brächen die "Mindeststandards der Werte in einer offenen demokratischen Gesellschaft". So sieht es nun auch der Straßburger Gerichtshof. Warum aber glauben so viele, man könne eine Frau mit Schleier noch nicht mal nach der Uhrzeit oder dem Weg fragen? Meine Erfahrung in den Straßen von Riad, Dubai und Katar sagt mir: man kann sehr wohl. Die antworten sogar – und oft präziser als die unverschleierten Männer.
Seien wir ehrlich. Mittel, nicht gesehen zu werden oder heimlich andere zu beobachten, gibt es viele. Dunkle oder verspiegelte Sonnenbrillen zum Beispiel. Ich weiß nie, wo die Frau, deren Augen ich hinter der Brille nicht sehe, eigentlich hinschaut. Auf mich, oder schlimmer noch: an mir vorbei? Und Kleidung, die einem ästhetische Schmerzen bereitet, gibt es auch zuhauf. Man schaue nur auf die gerade bei deutschen Männern immer wieder anzutreffenden knatschgelben Jacketts. Aber bitteschön. Bei Jacketts, Brillen und Burkas herumzureglementieren, ist nichts anderes als ein Eingriff in die Privatsphäre, eine inakzeptable Freiheitsbeschränkung.

Auch wenn sie in Deutschland geboren wurden, mussten sich die Kinder von Türken bislang zwischen dem deutschen und dem türkischen Pass entscheiden. Diese Gewissensfrage fällt nun weg. Der Opposition ist das zu wenig.
