    ‫پاکستان کو ایک ناقابل رشک اعزاز یہ بھی حاصل ہے کہ وہ تعلیم پر اپنی مجموعی ترقیاتی پیداوار کے دو فیصد سے بھی کم خرچ کرتا ہے ۔ جس کی بدولت اس کا شمار دنیا کے آٹھ تعلیم پر سب سے کم خرچ کرنے والے ممالک میں ہوتا ہے ۔ عوام کے لیئے یہ انتہائی شرم کا مقام ہے لیکن حکمران اور اس ملک کی اشرافیہ کے لیئے اس میں شرم کی کوئی بات نہیں ۔ ان کے بچے تو بیرون ملک پڑھتے ہی ہیں ۔
