    اولا : تجديد النيه لله
    ثانيا : توفير المستلزمات الاتيه الكمامة الطبية و نظارة البحر للوقاية و المشروبات التي تبطل مفعول القنابل و ما يلي ذلم من وسائل تساعد في الاغماء و ابطال قنابل الغاز و لكن الحذر و اخفائهم جيدا
    ثالثا : التأكد من شحن تليفونك تماما و لا تستهلك البطارية إلا للضرورة القصوى
    رابعا : يفضل بإزالة حساباتك من على الفيس و البريد الإلكترونى و غيرها من برامج الشات به التى قد تحتوى على أسماء أو معلومات قد تضر بك أو بغيرك فى حالة سرقته أو اعتقالك
    خامسا : التواجد مع مجموعة ثورية تعرفك جيدا او اشخاص تثق بهم
    سادسا : التحرك ضمن مجموعة تدافع عن نفسها ضد البلطجية و تقاوم الاعتقال إذا كان ذلك ممكنا
    سابعا : فى حالة اعتقالك من قبل عدد كبير من ميليشيات السيسى لا تقاومهم حتى لا تستفزهم أكثر هم مجموعة من المرضى النفسيين كلما قاومتهم زاد بطشهم لك المقاومة تكون حين تشعر أن ميزان القوة قد يكون لصالحك فمثلا شخص واحد هو من يعتقلك فإذا قاومته ربما تفلت منه
    ثامنا : عدم التهور و الاندفاع في وجه الموت الا اذا كان الموقف يحتم عليك المواجهه و غير ذلك فلتحمي نفسك من اي اذي و الله الحامي
    تاسعا : إذا ما اعتدى عليك أحد بسلاح قاتل يريد قتلك فقاومه بكل ما تستطيع و أنت مأجور على ذلك و إن مت فأنت شهيد عند الله
    عاشرا : إذا لم يكن لك دور محدد معروف فى التظاهرات مثل فريق التنظيم او الحمايه فتحرك وسط الحشود و لا تشرد عنها

     Imām ibn Adī (rahimahullāh) überliefert:
    ، ومن طريقه ابن عساكر في: . تاريخه . ، قال: ثنا محمد بن جعفر بن يزيد المَطِيْري ، ثنا: إبراهيم بن سليمان النّهمي الكوفي ، ثنا: عبادة بن زياد ، ثنا: عمر بن سعد ، عن عمر بن عبد الله الثقفي ، عن أبيه ، عن جده يعلى بن مرة الثقفي ا ، قال: سمعت رسول الله ص يقول:  مَنْ أَطَاعَ عَليًّا فقد أطاعني ، ومَنْ عصى عليا فقد عصاني ، ومن عصاني فقد عصى الله ، ومن أحب عليا فقد أحبني ، ومن أحبني فقد أحب الله ، ومن أبغض عليًّا فقد أبغضني ، ومن أبغضني فقد أبغض الله ، لا يحبك إلا مؤمن ولا يبغضك إلا كافر أو منافق 
    "Und mit dem Überlieferungsweg von Ibn Asākir in seinem Tārikh (42/270) ● Muhammād ibn Jā'far ibn Yāzid Al-Mathīri ● Ibrahīm ibn Sulāyman An-Nah'mī Al-Kufī ● Ubada' ibn Ziyād ● Umar ibn Sād ● Umar ibn Abdillāh At-Thaqafī ● von seinem Vater ● von seinem Großvater ● Yahyā ibn Murrah At-Thaqafī (ra) berichtete: Der Gesandte Allāhs ﷺ sagte: "Wer Alī gehorcht der hat mir gehorcht und wer Alī ungehorsam ist , der ist mir ungehorsam und wer mir umgehorsam ist, der ist Allāh ungehorsam. Und wer Alī liebt der liebt mich und wer mich liebt so liebt er Allāh. Und wer Alī hasst der hasst micht und wer mich hasst der hasst Allāh. Keiner liebt ihn außer einen Gläubigen und keiner hegt Groll für ihn außer einem Kāfir (Ungläubiger) oder Munāfiq (Heuchler)."

    Einstufung: Die Überlieferungskette ist Da'īf Jiddan (sehr schwach).

    Ibrahīm ibn Sulāyman An-Nah'mī ist Matruk.
    Ad-Daraqutnī sagte: "Matruk."

    Umar ibn Sād An-Nasirī und seine Hadithe werden nicht angenommen."
    Imām Adh-Dhāhabī: "Er gehört zu den Leuten von Basra. Al-Bukhārī sagte: "Seine Hadithe sind nicht gültig."

    Umar ibn Abdillāh ibn Ya'lā ibn Murrah At-Thaqafī ist schwach.
    Imām Ahmād: "Da'īfūl-Hādith." Und er sagte auch: "Munkarūl-Hādith." Ibn Mā'in: "Er ist nichts (laisa bī shai)." Und: "Da'īf." Abu Hātim: "Da'īfūl-Hādith, Munkarūl-Hādith." Abū Zu'rāh: "Er ist nicht stark (laisa bī Qawī)." Bukhārī: "Über ihn gibt es Dispute." Ibn Hibbān: "Wah (dh. Schwach)." An-Nā'saī: "Da'īf." Ad-Daraqutnī: "Matruk." Adh-Dhāhabī: "Schwach." Ibn Hājar: "Da'īf."

    اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنَ الْمُسْتَغْفِرِيْنَ وَ اجْعَلْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ الْقَانِتِيْنَ وَ اجْعَلْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَائِكَ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ بِرَأْفَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ

    O Allah let me be, in this month, from among those who turn repentant and ask forgiveness for their sins; let me be from among those who do good and obey
