RasulAllah (sallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) sagte: „Hütet euch vor dem Eintreten bei den Frauen." Ein Mann der Ansār fragte: „Oh Gesandter Allahs, was ist mit dem Schwager?" Er antwortete: "Der Schwager ist der Tod." (Bukhāri, Fath al-Bāri 9/330).
Al-Nawawi (rahimahullah) sagte:
„Dieser Hadīth bezieht sich auf alle Verwandten des Ehemannes außer auf seinen Vater und seine Söhne, die für seine Ehefrau Mahram sind und es ist ihr erlaubt, mit ihnen allein zu sein; sie werden nicht als „Tod" beschrieben. Dies bezieht sich auf den Bruder, Neffen, Onkel, Cousin und andere Verwandte des Ehemanns, die sie heiraten dürfte, wenn sie nicht bereits verheiratet wäre. Da die Leute diese Angelegenheit üblicherweise zu leicht nehmen und ein Mann mit der Frau seines Bruder alleine sitzen kann, wird der Bruder als „Tod" bezeichnet, und er ist von den nicht-mahram Männer der erste, der davon abgehalten werden sollte.
Ich denke viele wissen, dass diese Angelegenheit in unseren Familien auf die leichte Schulter genommen wird. Sie sehen es als normal an, wenn die Frau sich im Wohnzimmer mit ihrem Schwager ausplaudert, ihm zum 'Id die Hand schüttelt und ihn sogar auf die Wange küsst, Allahul musta'an. Sowas sollte vermieden werden, wo sind wir denn gelandet ?! Möge Allah uns vor sowas bewahren. Allahuma Amin.
In vielen Ländern, wie Falastin, Libnan und Syria ist es eine Sache des respekts und der guten Familienbindung, wenn man sich so verhält, wie oben beschrieben, doch wissen wir durch unzählige Geschichten, dass dies eher Familien spaltet und zerstört, zudem warnte uns RasulAllah (sallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) davor.
Außerdem ist es alles andere als eine respektvolle Handlung, wenn der Bruder, die Ehefrau seines eigenen Bruders küsst. Für viele ist das 'normal', weil man das nicht anders kennt. Aber dies ist wallahi nicht normal, es ist eine Herabwürdigung, eine Erniedrigung für alle Familienmitglieder.
Vermeiden kann man sowas, indem man die Familien aufklärt, die Frau solche Sitzungen gar nicht erst aufsucht. Oder man hält sich im Zimmer auf, wenn man noch nicht verheiratet ist. Denn dies gebührt sich auch für eine unverheiratete Frau nicht, dass sie sich mit ihrem Schwager oder Cousin zusammensetzt und auf 'wir-sind-ne-offene-familie' macht.

Das Sündigen in diesem Monat ist schlimmer, als in den anderen. Obwohl es zu jeder Zeit verboten ist Sünden zu begehen, ist es speziell in diesen vier Monaten noch mehr verboten. Aber nicht nur Sünden werden schwerwiegend betrachtet, sondern die gute Tat, wird durch die Gnade Allahs (عزا و جل) hoch angesehen speziell in diesem Monat, drum eifert nach guten Taten.
Ibn 'Abbas erklärte die „Heiligkeit" bzw. Das Besondere der vier heiligen Monate so: „...Und Er machte die Sünde in ihnen schwerwiegender und das rechtschaffene Tun und die Belohnung gewaltiger."

Al-Qaeda's Chief Ayman Zawahiri has called on his al-Nusra Front followers in Syria to stop fighting other militant groups as infighting escalates among foreign-backed groups trying to topple Syrian government.
In a recorded video message circulated over al-Qaeda-affiliated websites, Zawahiri called on Abu Mohamad al-Golani, leader of the radical al-Nusra Front, that the new commands should be obeyed by him and all al-Nusra elements and all other militant groups in the land of Syria.
He called on the militant groups to stop fighting their 'brothers' and only fight against what he called enemies of Islam, Baathists and Shias.
Struggles between numerous militant groups which are fighting against Syria are not new. Smaller groups used to fight over souvenirs they got after attacking and robbing towns and villages; however the fighting got fiercer after al-Nusra and the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and Levant, which entered the war with pledging loyalty to Zawahiri, started killing each other leaders.
Both al-Nusra and ISIL are extremist groups which are known for heinous acts of war crimes across Syria.
After ISIL crimes got more public, Zawahiri disbanded the group and replaced it with al-Nusra Front.
Syria sank into war in March 2011 when pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of Western and regional states.
The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.

Ceasefire reached in Homs, Syrian army to get full control

Syrian army and militant groups have reached a ceasefire agreement in the central city of Homs, to help aide delivery packages reach to occupied areas.
The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human rights said on Friday that the deal stipulated that armed groups withdraw from the districts they occupied in Homs and the national army get control of those areas.
The ceasefire should go into effect in 24 hours, the report added, without elaborating.
There was no immediate comment from the Syrian government.
At UN-sponsored talks between the Syrian government and opposition representatives held in Switzerland in January, international mediator Lakhdar Brahimi secured the safe departure of 1,400 civilians from the occupied areas in Old City of Homs.
Homs was the epicenter of the massive foreign-charged insurgency that has been gripping Syria for more than three years.
Militant groups have been occupying many areas in the vast province, using people as human shields to deter army improvements.
The occupation of such areas, with many people trapped inside, has left the army with no choice but to restrict access to the towns.
However Syrian authorities say they are using every means to send in humanitarian aid, but aid convoys get attacked by militant groups on the way.
Syria sank into war in March 2011 when pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of Western and regional states.

Infolgedessen begibt sich jemand ausserhalb islamischer Grenzen,wenn er diese EINDEUTIGEN VERSE (Kopftuch-Verse) so kommentiert als wäre das Kopftuch-Gebot keine Pflicht,sondern eine Empfehlung...

"Das Gleichnis eines Überzeugten (Mumin) ist wie eine geschmeidige Pflanze, die sich mit dem Wind neigt, alsdann von diesem wieder aufrecht steht. Und das Gleichnis eines Heuchlers ist wie eine steife Pflanze, die solange gerade steht, bis sie auf einmal, aber für immer geknickt wird."
